Professional Supervision

SUPERVISION

Support Advice Guidance

Integrative supervision with a focus on expressive and play-based approaches.

I offer clinical counselling supervision for students, early-career practitioners, and experienced counsellors seeking a reflective and supportive space to develop their practice.

My approach is integrative, with a strong focus on expressive and play therapy. Supervision is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in real clinical work—supporting you to make sense of complexity, deepen your understanding, and grow in confidence as a practitioner.

I offer:

  • Individual supervision (in-person and online)
  • Support with expressive and play-based approaches
  • Guidance in neurodiversity-affirming practice
  • A reflective space to explore clinical challenges
  • Support with ethical decision-making and professional development

Areas of focus:

  • Adapting therapy to different communication and sensory needs
  • Creative and non-verbal therapeutic approaches
  • Building confidence with complex or non-linear client work
  • Developing your own authentic therapeutic style

My approach to supervision

I aim to create a space that is:

  • Supportive and non-judgemental
  • Collaborative and relational
  • Curious and reflective
  • Grounded in both theory and practice

Supervision is not just about oversight—it’s a space to think, explore, and develop as a practitioner.

Sessions are available:

  • In-person
  • Online
  • Or a combination of both

I offer a free 15-minute introductory call to see if we’re a good fit.
